passports & visas: All passengers, regardless of the passport they hold, should check with the appropriate consulates to determine if any visas are needed. Securing any needed visas is the responsibility of the tour participant.

Program Prices: Program prices are per person, based on two persons sharing a room. Single room supplements are listed where applicable. All prices are based on rates (including foreign exchange rates) known at time of printing and expected to be in effect at departure. Prices, including taxes and fees, are subject to increase without notice if such rates change prior to departure. 

Not included in program price: Passports; visas; tips to your Tour Director, tour driver, and local city guides; laundry, beverages, food not on the regular table d'hote menu (these extra items will be billed to you before leaving the hotel or restaurant); optional excursions; and other items of a personal nature.

Holidays: During local or national holidays, certain facilities such as museums and restaurants, sightseeing tours and shopping may be limited or not available. Alternatives will be offered whenever possible.

Meals on tour : As specified in each itinerary. Meals are based on the hotel's or restaurant's buffet or set menu. In general, beverages are not included, unless specifically stated.

Smoking :Smoking is not allowed on transportation that is exclusively provided by TRG TOURS (travel Going).

Responsibility : TRG TOURS (TRAVEL GOING) reserves the right to withdraw a tour, refuse to accept or retain any person as a member of a tour at any time, or to make changes in the published itinerary, whenever in their sole judgment conditions warrant or if they deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience or safety of the passengers.

Safety:Please be aware that during your participation in vacations operated by TRG TOURS (TRAVEL GOING), certain risks and dangers may arise beyond our control, including but not limited to: the hazards of traveling in undeveloped areas; travel by boat, train, automobile, aircraft, or other means of transportation; forces of nature; political unrest; acts of lawlessness or terrorism; and accident or illness in remote regions without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities. TRG TOURS (TRAVEL GOING)  will not have liability regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered. While TRG TOURS (TRAVEL GOING) will use its best efforts to ensure that adequate measures are taken, by agreeing to participate in a vacation and/or optional excursions you agree that you will hold TRG TOURS (TRAVEL GOING)  harmless regarding any provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care rendered

Cancellations and cancellation fees :

Cancellations must be advised to Travel Go in writing. Per person cancellation fees apply as follows:

46+       days       prior to commence of service          full deposit

7-1        days      prior            50%     of             total            price

On departure day or No Show 100% of             total            price

Hotels & Accommodations :The hotels listed on this Web site are intended to be used on all departures; however, if a change becomes necessary for any reason, including alternate hotels for additional departures on the same date, or hotel location changes within or outside itinerary cities, the hotel substituted will be equivalent or higher to those shown. No refunds are provided for hotel changes; full cancellation penalties as noted above apply.‘’Every effort is made to reserve only twin-bedded rooms. Occasionally, some hotels will only provide double-bedded rooms. These rooms will be allocated to couples.’’ Please note that check-in times vary worldwide; TRG TOURS (TRAVEL GOING)   cannot control or guarantee check-in times.

Baggage Allowance:Porterage for one suitcase is included in the vacation price. Airport and train station porterage is not included unless otherwise specified in your travel documents. Please be prepared to carry your own suitcase on and off airplanes and trains and through airports and train stations.

Your single bag should have dimensions not exceeding 30"x21"x11" and weight not exceeding 50lbs (22kg). We regret that we are unable to accept a second suitcase or any luggage exceeding these limits except on Avalon Europe vacation itineraries. Some vacations have more restrictive regulations than these listed above. Please refer to your Travel Documents for more information. 

Air carrier restrictions may vary from the limitations listed above. Size and weight limitations for carry-on and checked baggage vary from airline to airline and even according to destination, and are becoming more restrictive. Most airlines charge fees for checked baggage and these fees are not included in the airfare or the vacation package price. Please check with your airline(s) directly for baggage information, regulations and fees. TRG TOURS (TRAVEL GOING) is not responsible for additional fees imposed by air carriers for baggage. Regulations within most airports require that travelers handle their own luggage through customs. No responsibility is accepted by TRG TOURS (TRAVEL GOING)  for loss of or damage to baggage or any of the traveler's belongings throughout the duration of the vacation. Baggage insurance is recommended. See the TRG TOURS (TRAVEL GOING) Web site for an all-inclusive Travel Protection Plan. 

Carry-on bags should not exceed the dimensions of 12"x11"x6". For safety reasons, wheeled carry-on bags are not suitable as hand luggage on motorcoaches  and mini-buses. Carry-on bags must be small enough to store in overhead bins or under the seat in front of you on motorcoaches and other transportation.

Travelers who need special assistance:Any disability requiring special attention must be reported to TRG TOURS (TRAVEL GOING) at the time of booking.TRG TOURS (TRAVEL GOING) will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of disabled tour participants, but is not responsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, lodges, restaurants, or other independent suppliers, nor any additional expenses incurred. Motor coaches and minibuses are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. We regret we cannot provide individual assistance to a tour member for walking, dining, getting on/off motor coaches and other transportation vehicles, or other personal needs. Travelers who need assistance must be accompanied by a qualified and physically able companion. Motorized scooters are unsuitable for touring.

Insurance: The client shall be responsible for arranging and effecting adequate insurance cover to ensure that he carries comprehensive travel and medical insurance cover in order to cover himself, his dependants and  or travelling companions for the duration of the booking for which he has reserved. This insurance cover should include cover in respect of, but not limited to, as a minimum, the following eventualities:emergency,evacuation and medicalexpenses; personal injury, epatriation,expenses;damage,theft / loss of personal baggage, money and goods.Under no circumstances shall TRG TOURS (TRAVELGOING), its representatives, employees or members be responsible for any costs, losses incurred or suffered by aclient, his dependants or travelling companions with regard to, but not limited to, the above eventualities. Clients will be charged direct for any emergency evacuation, repatriation and medical expenses be the relevant service providers and shall be obliged to settle such charges payable to the relevant service providers concerned.
