Day 1 ARRIVAL TO ISTANBUL- Welcome to Istanbul, the city on two continents. You are met by your tour manager and escorted to your hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure. Overnight in Istanbul.
DAY 2 TERMESSOS- KARAIN - ANTALYA- Morning trek at the Gulluk Mt. Termessos National Park. Exploring the beauties of the lush forest and the ruins of ancient Termessos at 1000 m. (3280ft). A photographer's dream. Continue to Karain Cave which has yielded 160,000 years of human history. End the day at the award winner Antalya Archeological Museum. Overnight in Antalya. (B,D)
DAY 3 DUDEN- KURSUNLU- PERGE- See the bountiful Duden waterfall first and continue to Perge. Walk the impressive colonnaded street, see the Baths Complex and the Roman gateway. Rest and enjoy the paradise at Kursunlu Waterfall. Return to Antalya for a stroll in the old town. Chances to take pictures of restored historic Turkish houses. Overnight in Antalya. (B,D)
DAY 4 OLYMPOS- CIRALI- MYRA- KAS- Drive to Olympos; optional swimming in the white sand beach. Explore the remains of ancient Olympos overgrown by bay trees, pines, wild figs and oleanders. Hike to the eternal flames of Chimera. Drive Demre and see the Lycian rock tombs of Myra and visit the Church of St. Nicholas. Drive Kas for overnight, an amazing little Mediterranean Lycian-Turkish town. (B,D)
DAY 5 XANTHOS- LETOON- SAKLIKENT- FETHIYE- Visit heroic Xanthos and city of deities, Letoon (both in UNESCO World Heritage List-1988). An unforgettable 2 mile walking experience at the Saklikent Gorge; the second largest canyon in Europe. Fresh trout lunch on the water. Fantastic chances of photography in the fluted winds of the narrow canyon. Drive Fethiye for overnight. (B,D)
DAY 6 KAYAKOY-OLUDENIZ-FETHIYE- Drive to ghost town Kayakoy in the morning. Walk around enjoying tempting angles at each turn and breath taking panorama from atop. Hike down towards extraordinary Oludeniz (Dead Sea) lagoon, one of the most photographed beaches in the world. Paragliding opportunities from the Babadağ Mt. 1,969 m (6,460 ft). Overnight in Fethiye.(B,D)
DAY 7 FARALYA- KELEBEK VADISI- FETHIYE- A day for nature lovers. Hike from Faralya to Kabak village with fantastic views along the way, take a swimming break in Kabak's literally untouched tranquil little cove of “no commercial tourism”. Optional climbing down to Butterfly valley for the professional climbers; habitat for rare species of butterflies and Natural Preservation Area. Overnight in Fethiye.(B,D)
DAY 8- ISTANBUL- Transfer to Dalaman Airport for Istanbul flight. (B)
4 DAYS GULET EXTENSION
DAY 8 (1) EMBARKATION- GEMILER ISLAND- GULET- Embark the gulet at Fethiye harbor. Cruise to Gemiler Island- Island of St Nicholas; a pilgrimage place in Byzantine era. Explore the dwellings, churches, cistern, graveyard and the ceremonial passageway. Dreamy views from the top of the Island across the Mediterranean and back inland. Anchor at Gemiler Strait for the night. (B,D)
DAY 9 (2) YASSICA ISLAND- DOMUZ ISLAND- AGA LIMANI- GULET- Gulf of Fethiye today (also Gocek Bay), known for sheltered coves and extraordinary natural beauty. A day in matchless crystal clean waters; basking in warm Mediterranean sun, swimming, snorkeling while cruising along Domuz Island and Yassica Island. Overnight at the Aga Limani Bay. (B,L,D)
DAY 10 (3) KUMLUBUK- CENNET ISLAND- GULET- MARMARIS- Cruise to Kumlubuk Bay early in the morning for breakfast, have a swim break at the golden beach. Continue to Cennet (Paradise) Island; another favourite anchorage for cruise and daily boats. Time for swimming and snorkelling. Overnight stay in Marmaris Harbour. (B,L,D)
DAY 11 (4) DISEMBARK- TRSF TO THE AIRPORT- You will be transferred to the airport for your flight. (B)
